Functional Movement Training

Functional movement training utilizes plyometric exercises, free-weights, bands, and balls to work out the body. These workouts are set up to represent specific skills and activities. What makes this therapy different from other exercises that merely isolate the problematic area is that it mimics the way in which the muscles work together during a particular activity. Each exercise program is designed specifically with the client in mind. The individual's genetic potential, sports skills, agility, strength, and cardiovascular and respiratory conditioning are all taken into consideration.
