Sports Injuries

The therapists at Back On Track employ a wide range of therapies devised to maintain athletic conditioning while working to heal and rebuild the athletes' injured part of their bodies. They work to allow athletes to return to their previous level of strength and performance and achieve a maximum range of motion.

Back On Track offers exercise routines created specifically for each sport and then individualized for each athlete. Our facilities offer a wide array of exercise equipment including Pilates equipment, Stairmasters, treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bikes, cross trainers, ellipticals, a Nautilus circuit, free weights, and pools (normally heated and therapeutically heated) —essentially, a complete gym. Cryogenics and whirlpools are also available and often used to reduce inflammation and treat an assortment of neuropathies.
